Anne M. Ronan, Of Counsel
Anne Ronan graduated cum laude from Fordham University School of Law in 1986 and began her legal career as a law clerk for the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Thereafter, she was a senior litigation associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, one of the world’s largest law firms, where she prosecuted and defended large and small litigation matters arising out of diverse commercial, family and employment disputes. Many of these cases were complex or exigent, as is typical at large Wall Street law firm litigation departments. Thus, Anne is experienced in all facets of litigation, including trial work, and she takes the lead in our appellate matters.
Anne was admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey in 1987. She also is admitted in the Federal District Court of New Jersey, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Supreme Court.
Anne has served as Vice-Chair of the Borough of Alpine Zoning Board of Adjustment, a member of the Board of Governors of the Englewood Field Club in Englewood, New Jersey, and on the Board of Regents of Saint Peter’s College.
In January, 2011, she received a Master of Laws (L.L.M) degree in Environmental Law from Pace University School of Law. She has published two books on the topic of legal privacy, available at realpeoplesguide.com.
