Howard P. Davis, Managing Attorney
Howard Davis is the founder of The Law Office of Howard Davis, P.C. The firm, which started in 1998 and has grown to be one of the largest environmental practices in the area.
Howard Davis graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 1987 and began his legal career in New York practicing corporate and real estate law. Howard obtained a Master of Laws degree (L.L.M.) in Environmental Law from Pace University School of Law in 1990. He thereafter concentrated his legal practice in environmental law. He established the Law Office of Howard Davis in 1998.
As the founder and manager of the firm, Howard has extensive experience with environmental law and litigation, as well as with the supervision of attorneys, associates and para-professional help.
Howard was admitted to practice in New York in 1988 and New Jersey in 1990. He is admitted in the Federal District Court of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court.
Howard consistently achieves an “AV Rating,” the highest rating for legal ability and professional standards for ethics, conduct, reliability, and diligence from Martindale-Hubbell.
