Marisa Paradiso, Of Counsel
Marisa Paradiso received her J.D. degree from Pace University School of Law in 1984, and was the recipient of the James S. May Award in Trusts and Estates.
After law school, Marisa initially practiced criminal law, then became a general commercial litigator. From 1985 to 1988, she was an associate at Kronenberg & Gilbert in Paramus, where she concentrated on equipment leasing and collection.
From 1988 to 1990, Marisa was an associate at Cuyler, Burk & Matthews in Florham Park, New Jersey where she concentrated on environmental insurance coverage law. In 1991, she received her Master of Laws (L.L.M.) Degree in Environmental Law from Pace Law School.
Since 1991, Marisa has represented clients in such matters as private clean-up cost recovery actions, declaratory judgment actions against insurance carriers, toxic tort actions, employment discrimination/harassment actions, creditor collection actions, medical waste violation proceedings, and real estate transfers involving environmental problems.
In 1992, she was nominated for the Pace University Environmental Law Alumni Award.
Marisa is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Colorado.
